"Upon looking to change auto and home insurance companies, I contacted State Farm to get quotes and talk to an agent. I was fortunate to have been connected to Willow Ornellas in the Minden, NV office. Willow is extremely kind, informative, and professional!! She kept in contact with me through emails, text messages, and phone calls. Her emails were extremely detailed, outlining quotes for the various policies.
